Fat burner

-2004

Once I mean 9 Years ago, I call me a couch potato, slacker and lazy. In 2003 I weighed about 95Kgs, that being said, I did not take it very serious neither intimidated, until later in August 2004 when I saw myself in Group Picture with FedTec Colleagues, a man with chubby face, big fat belly handles. Sigh! Embarrassed  I profoundly hate it.

Aug 2004-Oct 2007

Started active running, 3 to 4Kms, 5 days a week. Dieting, which means avoiding greasy food, ice creams for few years.

Finally in 3 years Lost my body weight from 95Kgs to 69Kgs, felt great, thought I really accomplished something in life, self confidence was boosting in me.

At the end summer 2007, took 3 Months Yoga Classes to practice at Home in USA

Fat burner to Age group Racer

Dec 2011-2012

Inspiration: Ironman Kona 2011

Started Age grouping with Half Marathon, later managed to learn swim at Latitudes, took guidance from Ronnie and Deb, Seacoast Synergy Coaches on Open Water Swim ( I am still a newbie), continued practicing almost everyday until I build my endurance. Eventually competed in following races in 2012

1 Mile Swim Course
Sprint Tri-Athlon
Rev3 Olympic Distance Tri Athlon
Pumpkinman Half IronMan

2012-2013

Everyone's goal in TriAthlon is to compete an Ironman races, I am no different than others. While I was  thinking about only Half Ironman for 2013, I got a break to train for Full Ironman. Joe whom I met at Riverside Indoor Cycling training helped me in getting a number for Ironman Lake Placid. Once you signed up you have no choice but training for it. Starting Feb 2013 half Ironman training changed to Full Ironman training, training graph is show below
